Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Whisper Storm. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and offer exchanges or refunds under the conditions below:

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll have 10 additional days to ship the item back.

Exceptions – items not eligible for return:

  • Damaged (but not defective) items

  • Dirty or used items

  • Altered items

  • Sale items

  • Items not in original packaging

How to request a return:

  1. Email support@whisperstorm.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Attach a photo of the product.

  3. We’ll reply within 24-48 hours with the return address and next steps.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Use a trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

  • Exchanges will be shipped with a new tracking code once processed.

Defective items:
If you receive a defective product, we’ll replace it free of charge (subject to availability). If unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund. No return is required for defective items unless you prefer to send it back.

Cancellations:
If your order is canceled successfully, your refund will be issued within 3-10 business days to your original payment method.
